Its time to get your players prepared for the 15 squash tournament.
We kick off on Thursday 12th of August with the customary welcome party at Meersquash, Happy hour will be from 9 p.m. So don’t be late.
On Friday the battle on court commences and in the evening there will be a surprise event and dinner at a mystery location.
On Saturday the squash tournament will be followed by dinner and party at the club.
We plan to hold the closing ceremony around 4 p.m. Sunday 15th august.
You are welcome to bring a tent or camper, but we will have a reasonable deal with a local hotel, details will be sent after confirmation of entry. (Approx 75-80 EUR double room)
Teams should consist of 6 players with at least 2 Women.
The cost of the tournament is €105 per person, player or supporter. This includes happy hours, dinner(Friday, Saturday) breakfast every day, all events and entertainments and of course
the player shirt!!.
For those of you arriving by air, there is a free shuttle to hotel and club. Please let us know your arrival times at Schiphol if you need to be picked up.
This year we will require a deposit to guarantee entry or proof of flight details. We have a maximum of 24 places available and want to avoid teams cancelling at the last minute and in effect preventing others from taking part. Preference is given to complete teams. Again details will follow your entry.
